Recreation in the form of watersports on Beaver lake, hiking, camping and hunting in the vast miles of national forest land surrounding us. Entertainment in Downtown Fayetteville or Pinnacle Hills shopping district.<br /></div><br /><div>While we have seen what I like to call an adjustment period the median home price is $168,400 with Future Job Growth of 32.9%.
